Workout in groups of up to 16 with a Beyond Fitt Coach by your side you will be helped and guided to achieve the results you deserve!
FITT 360 in an intense, rewarding functional endurance session. Using a variety of equipment including the sled, sandbags, slam balls, curved treadmills and much more.
This session boosts your metabolism and increase your endurance.
FITT RX is a TRX session that provides a full body workout including a cardio element as well as upper and lower-body conditioning. The TRX is an exceptional tool which utilises your own bodyweight to develop balance, posture & core muscles as a means to increase your overall body strength.
Please Note: You will need to bring your own boxing gloves to this session
FITT BODY is a low impact strength & power session. This focuses on increasing overall strength and core stability. This full-body workout incorporates bodyweight exercises as well as using a range of equipment.
Fitt Cycle offers exciting mix of endurance, HIIT, intervals and climbs, which will leave you feeling motivated and energised.
