So we can see how you move and tailor your program accordingly minimising any risk of injury.


GOAL SETTING

A one on one session with your coach to go through your goals and any injuries so we can formulate an achievable plan to reach your desired goal as quickly as possible.


BODY SCAN

One of our Fitness Coaches will take you through the body scan analysis.

This is a great starting point to measure your, BMI, Muscle Mass, Water Weight and Body Fat.
